KHSS Catholic Radio

100.7 FM, KHSS KHSS is a full-time Catholic radio station in Walla Walla, Washington, USA. We are members of the Catholic Radio Association and the Lay Catholic Broadcasting Network. We are an affiliate of the Eternal World Television Network (EWTN), but we also broadcast programs from the Ave Maria satellite network and from our own library of Catholic material. Programs, including a broadcast schedule for 2008 Signal Update On Thursday, November 1st, we suffered an equipment failure at our transmitter site up on Pike's Peak in NE Oregon. The repair will be costly and will take some time. In the meantime, our power levels have been cut way back -- to the point that the signal is very weak and difficult (if not impossible) to listen to in much of the Tri-Cities. We apologize for this inconvenience. We ask that you please keep us in your prayers and offer up your KHSS-withdrawal suffering for a quick resolution to our technical issues. We do not anticipate having a fix in place until late November. However, we have secured a backup transmitter and will have it online by Wednesday, November 21. So the signal should be markedly improved by then. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience -- especially for you listeners in the Tri-Cities and Pendleton (and beyond).
